I was surprised how great it was. I had the ribs and brisket. Very happy with the flavor of both. The crust on the outside was perfect and it was soft smoke heaven on the inside. Nice color and smell. This little bbq shack is worth the trip to Del Rio. I went outside to check out the pit. Clean and smokin. The Pitmaster (Ray) was real nice too. 30 Years experience showed.
